Shipping & Returns

At Cloud Clothing we appreciate that although the standard if our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email, phone or fax to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact, accompanied by the invoice. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged if you wish to have the exchange garments couriered to you, or you can also visit our premises at : Cloud Clothing, 160A Bush Road Albany, Auckland.

Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are considered final. We will honour our obligations in terms of the Consumers Guarantee Act.

Misplaced Items

All standard delivery items are sent via Parcel Express Post and can be tracked. If for any reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will track it for you.

Faulty Goods

At Cloud Clothing every dispatched item, is checked and packaged with care. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone, email or fax to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Cloud Clothing will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.
